department are strictly limited to providing information and
instructions relating to the operation and use of the System (this

out of or in connection with the Site shall be submitted to and be
subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of
Manitoba. You submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of the Province of Manitoba to finally adjudicate or
